CONTACT ME

Not sure what will help? send me an e-mail or call me on 07889 140 652, don’t hesitate a moment longer because if I can’t help, I feel positive I can give you the contact of someone that can.

I conduct an initial consultation or telephone meeting to discuss the best method of working together, and to ensure I am the right person for you. This is very important as you need to feel comfortable with me and, if this is not the case, I will gladly recommend another contact for you. This usually takes about 20 minutes. You are under no obligation to book coaching or therapy sessions after the free consultation.

Following this initial session and if you wish to continue we will agree to what method of help will best suit you.

The first session is called an “Intake session” and usually lasts one and a half hours. This is quite in-depth and builds a good foundation for our subsequent sessions and will help assess your needs.

Fees:

My fees vary from £50 - £75 per hour for individuals depending on location. Please enquire for couple and corporate rates. I also offer concessionary rates to students and people on a lower income.

How to Pay:

  • Sessions are payable either by cash, cheque or PayPal.
  • I charge the full fee for appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.

If you would like to arrange the initial consultation or telephone meeting, enquire about fees or you simply want to ask me some questions about anything you have read or what help you feel you need, please feel free to contact me.
